Calabasas is an affluent community on the outskirts of the San Fernando Valley. It is home to numerous celebrity residents seeking privacy from the limelight and paparazzi in Calabasas’ luxurious gated communities. Calabasas is located at the gateway to the Santa Monica Mountains between Woodland Hills and Agoura Hills. Just on the other side of the Santa Monica Mountains lies Malibu’s pristine stretches of coastline. It is zoned as a part of the Las Virgenes Unified School District which is one of the highest ranked districts in the state. Woodland Hills borders Calabasas to the east and is home to the Woodland Hills Country Club.
