Over the course of 4 months Kristin helped me navigate the insanity that comes with buying a 1st home in Los Angeles and I couldn't be happier. As someone who works a 9-8 job, 5 days a week, I needed someone patient and knowledgeable who could manage the very limited time I had available to me. That's easier said than done. I'm very picky and I had some rather high expectations considering what I was able to spend, so to have someone in my corner that understood my must-haves and was well informed on the market was huge. Some of my needs were great public schools, parking, a pool, and I wanted to be in a quiet area that was still walkable to shops and restaurants. Aka, I wanted to be in a desirable area. Just being in a desirable area within my budget was a chore, and not only was she able to find me a place in an area that I loved, but the place itself was completely remodeled and turn key. Being a first time buyer, I didn't realize how competitive the market was. Kristin was able to make proven suggestions to not only get my bid accepted, but to save me money on the back end. In the end Kristin negotiated 10k from the seller to go towards closing costs which lightened the load immensely. I now have a place that I love that I can afford. I'm in a highly desirable area South of the Blvd. in Sherman Oaks, and the cherry on top is that it immediately appraised for 50k more than I paid. I can't recommend Kristin enough. Not only is she extremely communicative, but she's also very understanding of your priorities, your budget, and your timeline. I'll be using her again after I make a killing on this current property.
